About Jaro
Jaro joined VALOR Partners in April 2023, having done an internship in 2021. Jaro has experience from several companies in the social and health care industry. He worked at Mehiläinen, Terveystalo and Nordic Healthcare Group prior to joining VALOR.
Expertise
Jaro has versatile experience in the social and health care industry. He has interned as a business controller at the Mehiläinen private healthcare unit, as an analyst at the Terveystalo corporate health unit, and as an analyst at Nordic Healthcare Group. Jaro has gained project experience in topics such as public social services operational improvement, private health care market analysis, and public services strategy planning. Additionally, Jaro conducted his master’s thesis for a client in the pharmaceutical information industry.
Education
Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Aalto University.
Outside the office
Jaro has a team sports background in football, but nowadays he is into multiple sports, ranging from tennis sessions to working out at the gym. Jaro also spends a lot of his free time with friends, family and two dogs. Jaro is also an avid consumer of audiobooks and podcasts on a wide range of topics.
