About Timo
Timo joined VALOR as Senior Advisor in the spring of 2023. He has more than 35 years of extensive experience in various industries in expert and management positions in Finland and abroad. He previously worked in the banking sector, industry, asset management and the real estate sector in finance, project finance, customer finance, business development, risk management and sales management positions at Skanska, Nokia, E.ON and Aberdeen, for example.
Expertise
Timo has diverse experience from various industries of developing new business, establishing new operations, enhancing current operations and growing business operations. For example, he was responsible for financing in PPP highway projects andmany real estate projects, and led the valuation of the real estate portfolio in connection with the listing. He also has long experience of management team and board work.

Outside the office
Timo’s family includes his wife and two adult children. Timo takes care of his health regularly at the gym and spinning. He follows a wide range of sports, especially ice hockey. In the summer, motor boating on the Baltic Sea is a regular hobby.
