About Sami
Sami joined VALOR in May 2024 as an intern. Prior to this, he worked as a data analyst in both software and forestry companies. In addition to his work, Sami is studying for a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at Aalto University.
Experience
In addition to his studies, Sami has gained experience in procurement analysis by working in a software company and as a supply chain analyst in the Finnish forest industry. Through his work experience, Sami has developed his skills in data analysis, statistical modelling and reporting.
Education
Bachelor of Science, Industrial Engineering and Management. Currently, Sami is pursuing a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management at Aalto University, majoring in Strategy.
Outside the office
Sami often spends his free time playing music or jogging around Helsinki. Outside of his hobbies, Sami enjoys home cooking, which usually takes up a surprising amount of his free time.
