About Topias
Topias joined VALOR’s team in March 2024. Prior to VALOR, he gained experience in business development at a technology scale-up working with a SaaS-based service, as well as from several operational roles in industry. Topias is a driven and goal-oriented professional, motivated by taking on new challenges and continuously developing his skills.
Expertise
Topias has worked on projects especially within the energy and social & healthcare sectors. His work focuses on strategy, operational development, and various market and operating environment analyses. Through his background, he has built a strong understanding of the interface between business and operations, combined with an analytical approach to problem-solving.
Education
Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management and an incoming Master of Science (Industrial Engineering and Management). Major in Strategy, with minors in Data Technologies and Energy Technology.
Outside the office
Topias is a former national team wrestler with two Finnish national championship titles. Nowadays, he spends his free time with friends staying active through a range of sports, such as going to the gym and playing football and tennis.
