Roosa joined VALOR as an intern in April 2026. In consulting, she is interested in exploring new industries, continuous learning, and the combination of data-driven and people-oriented work.
Expertise
Roosa has an interdisciplinary background across academia, journalism, and consulting. Before joining VALOR, she worked at Helsingin Sanomat as a business journalist, where she was especially interested in technology and startups. Through her work as a journalist, she has developed skills in gathering information, structuring complex topics, and adapting quickly to new situations and industries.
Education
Roosa is currently finishing her master’s degree in industrial engineering and management at Aalto University, majoring in strategy. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology from Aalto University in the information networks program, during which she spent six months as an exchange student at the National University of Singapore
Outside the office
Roosa has practiced various styles of dance for over ten years, and she can still often be found in a dance or yoga studio after work. She also enjoys reading and is always happy to hear book recommendations.
