Lotta joined VALOR’s management consulting team in May 2026. Before moving into consulting, she built her background in technical and commercial roles within industry and the growth-company sector, most recently working with hydrogen technology in Shanghai. She has experience in business development, product management, and the commercialization of emerging technologies. In her work, she is driven by solving strategic and financial complexities and turning energy and technology transitions into real business value.

Her experience spans from industrial production environments to the startup and scale-up ecosystem. Her core expertise lies in clean energy value chains, the hydrogen economy, and industrial investments.
Education
M.Sc. (Tech.) in Chemical and Process Engineering, Aalto University, with a major in Plant Design and Industrial Management. Minor studies in Industrial Engineering and Logistics Management at The University of Hong Kong.
Outside the office
To counterbalance work, she enjoys yoga, strength training, and a variety of outdoor activities ranging from snowboarding to scuba diving. She recharges best by spending quality time with family and friends over good food and drinks.
