Joel joined VALOR as an intern in February 2026. He is particularly motivated by solving complex problems and leveraging data and analytics to find effective solutions.
Expertise
Joel has gained experience in the company’s internal CRM development as well as working at a university as a research assistant in practical systems thinking.
Education
Joel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tampere University, and after his internship he will continue his studies in the Master’s programme in Industrial Engineering and Management.
Outside the office
Outside the office, Joel can most often be found on golf courses and tennis courts across Southern Finland during the summer. In his free time, he also enjoys spending time with friends and family.
