Joel started as a trainee at VALOR in March 2025 after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Technology at the start of the year. In consulting, Joel is particularly interested in a structured approach, multidimensional problems, and project-based work.
Expertise
Joel has previous experience from a cybersecurity company, where he participated in an internal strategy development project.
Education
Bachelor of Science in with honors in Industrial Engineering and Management from Aalto University. Currently, Joel is pursuing his Master’s studies with a major in Strategy.
Outside the Office
Joel likes to spend most of his free time exercising. His number one sport is tennis, but after taking on a marathon challenge last year, you can now also spot him running in the streets of Helsinki. In addition, Joel enjoys traveling and spending time with close ones.
