Emma joined VALOR September 2025. She brings previous working experience from corporate strategy and product management. She has a strong interest in business development and is motivated by seeing the tangible impact of projects while deepening her sector-specific expertise.

Emma has previously worked in the industrial and technology sectors, where she gained broad experience in analytical and communication-focused tasks, including market analyses, client relationship management, process improvement, and business analytics.
Education
Emma holds a bachelor’s degree from Aalto University School of Business and is currently completing her master’s studies majoring in finance.
Outside the Office
In her free time, Emma enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, unwinding with long walks by the sea and staying active with pilates and other sports such as running and playing tennis. She also loves trying out new recipes and traveling.
