Bozorg joined VALOR as a Senior Advisor at the beginning of 2026. He brings more than 35 years of experience in management consulting, both in Finland and internationally. Before joining VALOR, he was a Partner at KPMG Finland and led the KPMG Global Strategy Group for six years. Earlier in his career, he served as Managing Partner of Synergy Group Europe from 1993 onward and held positions at Navigant Consulting Inc. and Dow Chemical Europe.

- Manufacturing footprint optimization program for a metal fabrication company operating 17 sites across 13 locations in the Nordic countries and Poland

Bozorg is married and the father of two adult children. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, going to the gym and playing tennis.
