Heli Antila brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the energy sector, bio-based solutions, and consulting. Most recently, she served as CEO of Chempolis Oy, where she was responsible for developing and internationally scaling the company’s biorefining technology-based business.
Prior to that, Heli held senior leadership positions at Fortum, most recently leading the bio-based solutions business.
Before joining Fortum, Heli spent many years at Pöyry (now AFRY), where her work focused on energy sector consulting, ranging from feasibility studies to strategic projects such as M&A and business development. She contributed to dozens of projects annually with various players across the energy sector and related industries.
Heli also has a strong background in technology and innovation activities, new business development, and startup collaboration.
