Oulun Energia Oy and the City of Kemi have completed a share transaction in which Oulun Energia acquires a 60% majority stake in Kemin Energia ja Vesi Oy (Kenve). Following the transaction, Kenve will become a subsidiary of Oulun Energia, with the ownership transfer taking effect on 1 September 2025.VALOR Partners acted as financial advisor in this transaction.
