VALOR has been measuring client experience with the support of Bondata (formerly Innolink) since 2021. The results of the latest study once again exceed those of the previous round. VALOR’s client recommendation score is outstanding: the NPS rose to 72, while in the B2B sector a score above 50 is already considered excellent and very few companies reach the 70+ level. The result improved markedly from the already excellent 2023 NPS of 60.
The open-ended survey responses paint a clear picture: VALOR was described as particularly trustworthy and knowledgeable. In spontaneous associations, clients highlighted qualities such as flexible, agile, proactive, fast, and efficient.
Positive development was observed in nearly all areas compared to previous, already outstanding results. The highest scores were given for ease and smoothness of collaboration (4.7 on a scale of 1–5). Excellent ratings were also given for project management, understanding client needs, and delivering added value.
While the results are exceptionally strong across the board, the study also identifies clear areas for development. The key priority is to strengthen awareness of the full width of VALOR’s advisory capabilities. VALOR is currently best known for strategy and business development consulting, market and competitor analysis, and M&A advisory, while debt and financing solutions as well as leadership and organizational development are less well known.
