Risto Venermo

Since the early 1990´s Risto Venermo has built a diverse and accomplished career across three distinct professional paths. His journey began in the industrial sector with roles at Nokia and Outokumpu. He then transitioned into management consulting, where he spent two decades in various leadership and advisory roles at EY and PwC. Most recently, Risto has held executive and board positions in growth companies and startups, contributing to their strategic development and operational leadership.

Risto has always been driven by a passion for solving complex client challenges—believing that the more demanding the problem, the more rewarding the solution. Equally important to him is the tangible value delivered to the client. These two drivers come together particularly well in complex management consulting engagements and corporate transactions.

Over the course of his 20-year consulting career, Risto has been involved in a wide range of initiatives—from large-scale business transformations and turnarounds to more focused projects related to technology, strategy, and operational efficiency.
